A little chilly but working with Kettlebells kept us warm.
Here’s the workout:
- 25 Kettlebell Squat Upright Row
- 25 Kettlebell Woodchop
- 25 Kettlebell Swings
- 25 Kettlebell/Medicine Ball Toe Tap Presses
- 300m run (soft sand/stairs/coastal walk)
Power through the set as fast as you can, do 3 rounds with a 45 second rest in between.
We finished the session with medicine ball relay sprints.Great way to end the week 🙂
