Our live-stream training sessions provide the variety and intensity required to maintain and continue to improve your fitness levels.
This new world of home isolation will not last forever. Unfortunately many people will fall into the trap of moving less and eating more, and will not be pleased with the end result once the restrictions are lifted and we are able to hit the beaches again!
We will motivate you to set yourself goals and not end up being one of these people! Many of our members are now able to train more, as life-stream sessions can be accessed from anywhere using the Zoom app on your phone or laptop.

This full body workout which will improve your muscular endurance, cardio and stamina. This all rounder is a mix of different body weight exercises in a circuit format. Equipment: This class doesn’t require any equipment. We might sometimes use a chair or bench. If you wouldn’t have access to this, we will provide you with an alternative exercise.
A workout filled with functional compound strenghtening exercises. This workout will make you stronger and build lean muscle. Equipment: We’ll use some equipment which can be a kettlebell, dumbbell, sandbag, or any other equipment that you might have at home. No worries if you don’t have any equipment as we will be giving you some bodyweight alternitive options.
A short and sharp 30 min mega-burn sweat workout. We’ll run you through a high intensity cardio workout which will keep your heart rate elevated until the end of the class (and after). Equipment: This workout does’t require any equipment and will include a lot of dynamic exercises (often including jumping exercise). If possible, perform this workout in a place where you won’t upset your neighbours! You can always go to a local park and train outdoors.
This 45min workout focusses on isolated exercises which will strenghten your thighs, the glutes muscles and your core. Low impact workout which will really work those often neglected muscle groups which helps reduce risk of injury. Equipment needed: none
Every Saturday we will perform ‘The Challenge’ Workout. This will be a weekly rotation of 4 different full bodyweight workouts. The challenges will be a mix of strength and cardio exercises and be measurable (time or reps) so you can track your progress. Equipment: This class doesn’t require any equipment. We might sometimes use a chair or bench. If you wouldn’t have access to this, we will provide you with an alternative exercise.

I’m really enjoying the Zoom training! I wasn’t sure how it would work out, but I feel just as motivated and engaged as training at the beach and I’m actually fitting in more sessions, sometimes getting to two per day.
