Mums & Bubs Fitness Training Classes
Struggle to find the time to keep fit whilst juggling life as a mum? Keen to meet other mums in the local area?
At Team One Fitness, we appreciate it can be difficult to maintain a regular exercise routine post pregnancy and whilst juggling the challenges of motherhood. Our mums and bubs classes are a great way to keep fit and healthy whilst meeting other like-minded mums in the process.
Bring your baby along for the ride!
There’s no need to make any childcare arrangements- babies of all ages are welcome to all mums and bubs sessions. You will be exercising alongside your babies, either in their prams, on your exercise mat, or on a shaded blanket next to the group. During the classes we encourage interaction with your babies so they can also benefit from the session.
As a dad myself, I know babies can be unpredictable so completely appreciate there may be unexpected interruptions along the way! The classes will run for just 45 minutes which we find to be the perfect duration for the little ones.
Fitness Training options tailored for all abilities
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never trained before or if you’re a boot camp pro; our classes are tailored for mums at all fitness levels. We just require that you have attended the 6 week post natal check up with your doctor and have completed our consultation questionnaire. Our trainers are all qualified in Pre and Post Pregnancy & Exercise Course (Claire Norgate) and offer free face to face consultations so we can get to know you and any postnatal concerns you may have.
Our sessions range from circuit training, boxing, cardio, strength, core workouts, pelvic floor exercises and much more! If you have an special requests just let us know and we will be happy to incorporate into the sessions.
Struggling to find times to suit your routine?
We have created specific sessions for you to choose from, however should these times or locations not be suitable and you have a group of 6 people or more who would like to train, we would be happy to look into leading a session that works for you.
